Excellent freezer that can stand up to very hot temperatures in a garage in the middle of the summer, with minimal frost buildup, and with an excellent internal space. Would definitely get this freezer again.

Thaws Out Every 2 Days Unless Restarted - DO NOT BUY

Have had this unit for just over two years. Recently went down and noticed nothing is totally frozen (after just buying over $1000 of beef to store). If I turn it to off position and back on, I can hear it kick on and freeze again. It will work for about a day or two and then will begin thawing out again. Went to schedule a repair through Frigidaire and their upfront fixed repair cost is over $300... when the unit was purchased for just over $500 brand new. Would not recommend to anyone.

I have a couple of these freezers for my ice cream truck that I got used and needed a new one. I know they hold up well to the florida heat and I love how bright the light is on the inside when I'm working night events. It came packaged well and damage free and I got it set up easily. This thing has tons of space. The delivery service unpacked it in our driveway and it looked to be well packaged (no damage). Set up was as easy as plugging it in and taking off the tape from the baskets inside it. It got cold enough to keep things frozen in about 6 hours.

When we first got this freezer we had an elk that was freshly butchered and not yet frozen, this freezer would not get it down to an appropriate temperature in a timely manner. We had to remove the partially frozen meat and freeze it in our old upright freezer before putting it back in our new freezer. It maintains temperature fine but is slow to freeze a large quantity of meat.
