Love to cook - everyday! So when our original oven range wasn't working, we had a replacement within a number of days. Range Top burners worked, but when the oven did not work at time of 2nd installation, another replacement was ordered ASAP.
Today was the day - back in business! Love this oven!

This model replaced an old whirlpool stove. This one is so quiet. When the oven turns on during the cooking cycle I dont smell gas. I love all the oven cook options. I have not tried them all yet. The stovetop is so functional for all my pan sizes. It cooks evenly and truly has a simmer setting. I also enjoy how the top fits on the countertop. No more spills or crumbs fitting between the stove and cabinet. I'm so excited for this stove. Great purchase for my cooking needs.

First of all I'll say how much I LOVE Bosch appliances. I have a Bosch dishwasher that I bought in 2003. I've never needed it repaired. That is why I decided to buy a Bosch stove and I'm so glad I did. This stove is awesome. It's beautiful and I bakes, roasts, broils and has convection. I highly recommend this to anybody needing a new stove.

We just love the Bosco HGI8056UC range.
My only reason for not a life star is i a concerned that the front control panel has a gap between it and the cook top.
I hope we never have a boilover on a front burner. Our old GE had a problem that they fixed.

Really nice range, but have a small issue. The warming drawer at the bottom is very touchy. if you bump it ever so slightly with your foot while standing at the stove top it comes open.

This is a beautiful range with powerful burners. We love the fact that it has the overlaps on each side to cover the gap that is typically between countertop and range - now with that in mind, having this nice solution, why the heck is it constructed with a gap on the front over the control panel where all kinds of stuff can fall into?

I bought this stove in 2021 in the first few months the stove top grate cracked in half. The nobs fall off all the time. A year or so later. The screen broke can't seen nothing. But I was still using it broke. Now today date 10/10//2025 now it keeps beeping and shutting off. Junk junk i called around a year ago maybe less they told me alot of money worst investments. Was this company. Only.

After using the stove top 1 time, the flat ice top grates are stained and blotchy and so are the burner caps. Otherwise, it works very well and looks nice.

First of all, would like to state that I considered 2 options from the beginning: 800 series gas slide-in model in black and stainless steel benchmark (black color is was not available for Benchmark).
At the end we ordered black 800 series because we had already fridge and dishwasher in the same color and style and that, as per flyer on Bosch website, 800 series gas range gad some Benchmark features as:
- dualflame burner,
- telescopic rack,
- wired thermometer and other.
Unfortunately, this was not true, all mentioned features not available for 800 series.
However, company still keeps this misleading details on their website as of today, 03/14/2025.
All attempts to contact support to try to resolve this issue were not successful: it was just ping-pong like game: Support sends me to Sales, Sales sends me back to Support and so on.
So please be careful and aware of this issue if you decide to order 800 serie and expect to have dual-flame burner, telescopic rack and wired thermometer: these features are not available.
Otherwise- nice gas range, but expected more. If new it before- definitely ordered Benchmark which was $200 more.

Works very well. There are several shortcomings. First is that the feet are not accessible when range is in place making it very hard to get the counter top over lips even with the counter top surface. The corner covers look very cheap for an otherwise beautiful appliance and they have ragged edges. The contro; pamel is too sensitive, just a light brush with your hand or glove activates it.

The range performs very well. However, the lack of accessability to the adjustable feet make it nearly impossible to set the height correctly. The Corner Covers at the back of the range are cheap, ugly and have sharp edges. A big spoiler for an otherwise beautiful range. Also the control panel is too easily trigger just by brushing against it. So, no I would not buy it again

got my new unit and just installed it, very happy with it so far, everything works as it should. I did not it did not get the dual burner (2 flames diameters) as advertised rather just 1 large middle burner, nor the telescoping oven racks as advertised, rather standard racks that do slide out, but just like our old stove, not telescoping. I'm working with customer service on that, let's see if they replace those components as i'd requested as it seems pretty simple exchange without having to return the entire range to Bosch I hope.
